Qualifications and requirements

· Engineering background,

· 5 years' experience

· Master English and good project manager

· will allow to ensure several Missions :

- Study the architectures to be implemented for China sites

- Ensures the high technical and network security level of the Chinese sites

- Ensures the deployment of IT group standards in terms of security, collaboration tools and communication (O365)

- Ensures that the IT is adapted to comply with the regulations and laws of Chinese institutions

- Actively collaborates with GL events' technical general management and its IT MANAGER, to whom he must regularly reports the progress of ongoing integrations or deployments (once a month)

- Participates in a technical governance committee with GL events' IT department every three months

- Manages the missions of subcontract and service integrators during the various technical projects that are carried out

- Ensures regular audits of GL china's dependent sites

- Ensures the security of the Application platform and carries out regular control audits.


Technical competence

· Technically candidates should have general skills in Networks and systems architectures

- Network: IP, VLAN, Networks topology, DNS, Routing, switching (HP or Cisco or Huawei)

- Hardware: Storage, Server, Vmware virtualization

- System: Windows server 20XX, Microsoft Active Directory, GPO

- Collaboration platform: O365

- Security: Firewall, NAT, WAF, Proxy, VPN, Antivirus

- Hybrid Cloud: Ali Cloud, Azure, Amazon

Front-end Development Engineer (Web)

职位描述:

1. 负责公司产品或项目Web前端研发,并配合后端的开发;

2. 根据需求实现页面交互效果;

3. 负责相关文档编写;

4. 负责相关测试工作。


职位要求:

1、计算机及相关专业;

2、计算机软件做过HTML5 + JS的项目开发,熟悉bootstrap框架,相关工作经验至少2年;

3、精通HTML5/CSS3JavaScriptAjaxAJAX数据交互等Web开发技术;(需要核心掌握并应用的的技术);

4、熟练掌握前端开发技术(HTML5JSJSONXHTMLCSS3),了解各项技术的相关标准,并严格按照标准进行开发,熟练使用JQuery框架能与后台开发人员一起编写Ajax交互程序;

5、熟悉各种浏览器的兼容性调试;

6、对数据结构以及后台语言Java等有简单了解;

Corporate Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement diversified marketing campaigns aligned withthestrategic business and brand objectives of GL events. Generate new ideas for improving the spread of the corporate brand.
  • Developand maintain relationships with mediaas well as associations all over the MICE field in China.
  • Build ongoing communication processes with the relevant marketing colleagues of the HQ. Support their work of collecting various information about the business development in China from time to time.Play an active role on behalf of GL events China in the Group's global marketing activities.
  • Engage with teammates in each business segment, i.e. EXHIBITIONS, VENUES and LIVE, to facilitate their understanding and implementation of the corporate branding / marketing policies & guidelines.
  • Act as a primary planner in organising press conferences, road shows or other corporate events for GL events China.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website of GL events China. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Handle social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing for GL events China.
  • Be responsible for all kinds of company’s printing materials according to the CI standard.


Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’sor master’s degree in marketing, business administration or MICE.
  • Hands-on experience withdigitalmarketing, including social media and content marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skillsandability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Working knowledge of mainstream software for picture processing and video edit.
  • Familiarity with web designandknowledge of SEO / SEM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsfor both English and Chinese. Conversance in French would be a plus.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.




Marketing Manager (Shenzhen)

8 制定团队每个人清晰的KPI考评与沟通,有较强的团队管理能力。跨部门/团队的有效沟通以确保市场方案有效顺利的执行。

任职资格:

1、全日制本科及以上学历,市场、新闻、服装等相关专业优先;

2、具有5年以上市场从业经历,3年以上展会工作经验,流利的英语读写及口语能力

3、具相当的行业市场洞察力与行业知识,熟悉各种市场传播手段;

4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力;学习能力强、具有很强的执行力;

5、熟练使用办公软件。
