On 29 June 2026, the 10th NJAU Swine Conference & 2026 Zhongshan Swine Expo successfully concluded in Nanjing, following the completion of its comprehensive program.

This year's conference focused on key industry topics, including production optimization, cost management, swine breeding and genetics, disease prevention and control, smart livestock farming, biosecurity, and collaboration across the entire swine industry value chain.

Bringing together leading experts, researchers, and industry professionals from China and around the world, the conference provided a premier platform for sharing the latest scientific advances, exploring emerging industry trends, and fostering collaboration to shape a more sustainable and prosperous future for the swine industry.

The conference featured more than 10 thematic forums, two specialized exhibitions, eight panel discussions and workshops, and 59 keynote presentations delivered by over 50 distinguished experts. A total of 1,323 participants registered for the event, setting a new attendance record.

 

 

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Nanjing Agricultural University Swine Conference. Over the past decade, the conference has remained closely aligned with industry developments, serving as a platform that grows alongside the swine sector and responds to its evolving needs.

Bringing together leading experts from across the industry, this year's conference focused on strengthening disease prevention and control systems, advancing innovative healthy farming practices, and promoting the application of key biosecurity technologies. The discussions provided practical, science-based solutions to improve production efficiency and enhance disease resilience in commercial swine farms. These achievements have injected fresh momentum into the sustainable development of the swine industry.
